A: Poured into a Duvel tulip to a light straw yellow which is topped by a dense and slightly rocky finger and a half of white head which fades quickly to a collar around the edge of the glass with minimal lacing.
S: Smells of oak and sourness with some slightly mineralic white grape notes along with just a hint of musty funk
T: Taste is building tartness that transitions to sourness with some mineralic notes, white wine with a little bit of melon, and some nice oak with a touch of funk. On the finish there's a nice honey like sweetness before the sourness comes back for another round with a little more oak and a touch of musty funk. The mineralic white grape notes come back around as well.
M: This beer is on the lighter side of things but it is not watery. Carbonation is effervescent and slightly prickly while the beer has a true to style drying finish.
O: Overall this is a fantastic beer. It's beautiful in its simplicity. In some ways it reminds me a little of Temptation from Russian River and that isn't a bad thing at all. Great complexity and outstanding flavors make this one very enjoyable and worth a try.

A level of depth and funkiness I have rarely encountered. So much depth of funky oak you could fund a ten year study on this beer. Fruit basket drenched in brett funk.
