No head at all when I poured this beer, had at room temperature, Banana, honey, thick, hops are nice balance to sweetness, tawny like color.
Paired well with Caesar salad that had bacon in it.
Overall; I think this beer could use more hops coming from a brewery that said "they are bringing hops back to Belgian breweries". Still i would try again colder.

On tap at Lucky Baldwins in Pasadena, CA.
Pours a hazy reddish-orange with a foamy bone head that settles to a partial film on top of the beer. Foamy rings of lace line the glass on the drink down. Smell is of malt, honey, fruit, and spices. Taste is much the same with fruity and spice flavors on the finish. There is a mild amount of spice bitterness on the palate with each sip. This beer has a good level of carbonation with a crisp mouthfeel. Overall, this is a pretty good beer but I think the smell on this one is slightly better than the taste.
