Hazy golden color with off-white head. Aroma has some grassy and nutty notes with overripe stonefruits on top. Taste has fermented fruits, earthy notes, slightly nutty, medium bitterness on the finish. Light to medium body and carbonation. Interesting flavors but it has also some off tastes.

From the bottle, it pours a nice hazy amber with a modest head that leaves lacing and eventually diminishes to a thin layer with a solid ring with lakes and even a few mountains (bubbles). Aroma is somewhat sweetish with some hoppiness present, but the problem could be my bad nose. Taste is a pretty well balanced tripel with some hoppiness. Nice!

Winey yeast dominates the nose. Pours cloudy yellow gold without a thick film of a head. Caramel mixed with fruit somewhere between large pitted and tropical over malt dominate the palate with a drying bitterness on the finish. A touch below medium on the body and a touch above on the carbonation.

Poured a clear dark gold body with one finger head and a decent head and lace patches. Aroma is a mix of candi sugar and dark fruits as I swear I get something akin to figs or toffee, possible other light fruits like apple or pear. Smooth, yeast is present, slightly sweet from fruits and sweet malts but also a bit boozy and then a finish of dry crispness thanks to a smattering of hops. Balance is a little off but it's good.

Apricot in color. One-finger of off-white head thins out quickly.

Aroma is thick with bubblegum, cotton candy, pear and orange. Are we going to be too sweet here? We will find out soon...

Mostly sweet with caramel, sugar cane, subtle spice and slight hops. Balance isn't bad, but definitely leans to the sweet side.

Medium bodied and creamy with a dry finish. Alcohol is fairly noticeable, a fact that works well here.

Digging this one and daydreaming about a future Belgian adventure where I will surely make a stop and enjoy this one at the source.
