Enjoyed right from the can for this review.
Aromas are danky and sticky malt with a nice hop bill.
Flavor is deep and hoppy. Not particularly bitter, but enough bitterness is there on the finish.
Mouthfeel is excellent - just right.
Overall, this beer is really enjoyable and an excellent year round offering.

This was poured into a nonic pint glass. The appearance was a nice looking hazy bronzed orange color with a one finger white foamy head that dissipated within less than about forty seconds. The smell started off with a spicy rye running into light citrus notes and leading into a sly caramel malt. The taste was semi-sweet and somewhat bitter, decently hoppy and slightly sweet through caramel and rye malts. A sly sweet to spicy rye to caramel aftertaste leads into a semi-crisp rye finish. On the palate, this one sat about a medium on the body with a fair sessionability about it. Carbonation runs evenly on the tongue and allows the rye to penetrate as it should for the bitterness level. Overall, good rye/IPA that I would have again.

bought a 4 pack in a 7-11 eleven in Vt, steady and reliable, first went down difficult but as we moved to #4 i actually started to like this, rye was detectable there was citrus and overall you can't go wrong here.....
