Coming in a 330ml brown bottle, bottle-conditioned; bottled on 20/01/2014, BB 20/05/2014, served mildly-chilled in a straight pint glass.

A: pours a murky pale amber body, with a light foamy head & low carbonation.
S: sweet citric fruity & sweet flowery at the same time, against a lightly gristy & caramely malt backbone, added with longan-fruit flesh & sweet herbs. Fairly simple but quietly pleasant.
T: softly carbonated on the entry, a bit green-ish comes the foretaste, being lightly sweet malty underlined by resinous hops & mild citrus fruits. Fairly light-bodied but the mid-taste always packs a bit more weight thanks to the cloudy yeastiness & malt sweetness. Finishing lightly spicy on a moderate level of chewy hop bitterness & find acidity.
M&O: softly carbonated but not quite as refreshing as many other beers I've tried from the same brewery, the body remains medium & not heavy, while the flavour profile is a bit on the immature side. An ok offering all in all.
