A modern interpretation of a classic farmhouse ale that celebrates American innovation. We kicked tradition to the curb, adding a generous amount of rye and American Mosaic hops to create a rustic Saison that’s earthy & fruity, with intense aromatics of juicy citrus.

Appeareance: A very soft pour yields a three finger head perched above slightly hazy golden/amber liquid; excellent retention with sticky shards of lacing

Smell: Grainy and yeasty with the rye providing a spicy note; the hops are also detectable, bringing an earthy and piney aspect

Taste: Grainy flavors forward with the peppery, spicy rye prominent; through the middle, there is a bit of citrus and earthy pine that adds more flavor to the finish

Mouthfeel: Medium body with moderate carbonation

Overall: A really interesting take on a Saison to add both rye to the grist and to bring in the hops to add some bitterness

Hazy light golden pour with a big white head. Aroma of tart fruit, grain, yeast and pepper. Taste is somewhat spicy with rye coming out initially along with some light pepper and earthy flavors. Can also taste a very nice mildly bitter citrus flavor. Highly effervescent and semi-dry finish.

All My Tomorrows has a thin, white head, a bright, gold-yellow, murky appearance, and some sheet glass lacing. Aroma is of sweet, white bread and horse blanket. The flavor is more rye-oriented, with downplayed horse blanket. Sweetness is strong, and bitterness is present and pleasant, yet moderate. Mouthfeel is medium to heavy, and All My Tomorrows finishes medium dry. RJT

Pours an effervescent amber, slight chill haze with a pinky of cream colored head. Sheets of lacing & good retention, never quite clears

S: Pineapple & grassyness in spades

T: Follows the nose, some grainy breadyness as well up front, a little green apple as well. White grape, pears & grainyness mix with grassy & citrus hops ( pomelo) & mango. Finishes grainy, grassy, dry & with a little more pomelo, faint white pepper yeast bite

MF: Medium body, delicate carbonation, good balance

Pretty drinkable in the vein of Tank 7, just not quite that

Golden in color with a haze, nice white head excellent lacing. Smells juicy with mosaic hops. Lots of tropical fruits, candi sugar, and newly shaved bark chips. Great mix of hop bitterness and farmhouse-style earthiness. Light on the tongue and easy going down. Overall a real mouth pleaser of a saison.

Pours hazy, gold in color with 3/4 inch head. Taste is pear, flower petals, biscuit, pepper, and a touch of hop bitterness that works well with the Belgian saison taste. Medium bodied and slightly bitter. Really interesting saison that is super crushable. Glad I finally got a chance to try this. Worth seeking out.

Bomber. Pours hazy medium gold with tall white fluffy head that lasts. Grain, light fruit, yeast in the aroma. Soft saison taste with a lil peppery citrusy hop bite, flavors come together very nicely. Sweet and hoppy and buttery with medium slippery mouthfeel. Very good saison, will get this one again.
