A seasonal special pils brewered according to the Reinheitsgebot, from tuborg.de
50cl bottle poured into seidel
BBE October 2011
A- Deep gold colour(reminiscent of a lighter coloured marzen).Excellent clarity. 3-4 finger creamy white head with good retention and lacing.
S- A little musty grain, not much else really.
T- Touch of biscuity malt sweetness is balanced by a faded hop note in the subdued lifeless finish. A little green apple like fruitiness in the back, apart from that bland.
M- Low to moderate carbonation, medium body.
O- Looks pretty good but Lacking any real hop or malt character. Another average pils.
