bottle into tulip
appearance: copper/amber with 1 finger white head
smell: citrus, piney, sweet malt, some booze
taste: applea, pear, citrus, very well balanced, bitterness is earthy and lingers, lots of floral herbal notes
mouthfeel: medium carbonation, medium bodied
overall: A great DIPA, well balanced and dirnkable, lots of fruity notes

2014 edition. Poured from the 22 oz. bomber into a Tree House tulip.
a: Hazy amber with a finger thick offwhite head which became a bare film of surface foam and some spotty lacing.
s: Mild citrus and pine.
t: Moderate bready malt and pine followed by some bitterness on the tongue.
m: Medium, good body, lots of carbonation tingle.
o: A powerful and tasty IIPA, very good sipper.
