Appearance- Cloudy, amber/ tan color. Head was huge, I had to pour the beer into my pint glass in stages. Looked like rising bread dough.
Smell- Slight wiff of wonderbread with the ever present and expected hop overtones. But even the hop atack was very faint.
Taste- Evident hop backbone with biscuity aftertaste.
Mouthfeel- Medium bodied with bitterness, but I like that. As expected with any IPA, hops are left on the palate.
Drinkability- Since I can through back the heavy stuff, medium bodied beers are even easier. I could drink a couple of these at a bar or with a nice peppery meal.
