Very much like the redialed 2015 variety...great aroma from the (all Michigan) grown hops. I think that is pretty cool. Little bit of extra malt then I prefer, but a very solid IPA. Will definitely purchase again when seen fresh in the store.

Generally a fan of New Holland's creativity, but this bottle disappointed. A bright copper hue has an unmemorable smell. The taste crests of hops that quickly transitions into a stark caramel followed by...noting at all. Mouth is left feeling refreshed. I know others may more prefer this, but I'll be buying more dynamic IPAs in the future.

Quite refreshing! Smooth! Nice floral aromatics, not overly bitter. Well balanced with a clean extremely smooth finish! I'll definitely buy this again!

Pours a medium amber color with off-white head. Floral notes and some citrusy pine on the nose; follows onto the palate. Finishes smooth for an IPA.

This is a totally decent IPA. Definitely east coast without the dank hoppiness of west coasters. Totally drinkable and would happily have again.

I like this beer. Very different for an IPA, this is due to it being from the North (Michigan) and this style of IPA is more balanced than hoppy. It's a fun beer. It would be great to try this with IPAs from each part of the country to taste the varies in IPAs.

Holy hop aroma. Intense hop aroma as soon as popping the top. Poured into glass and the hop aroma kept building. Some citrus and some pine.

A bit hazy in appearance. Taste was sweet, almost with some honey and some biscuit. Citrus and pine hop flavors to counter. Pretty well balanced. But maybe a little sweet after taste.

A huge upgrade over mad hatter 1.0!

Semi-hazy, dark golden/copper color. Kicked up a nice billowy three finger head. Aroma was light and flowery with just a touch of sweet honey notes. The flavor had some nice mango and tart lemon notes, followed by a honey sweetness. The mouthfeel was medium bodied, wiht nice carbonation. Overall, this was a pretty pleasant beer, not bad at all, would buy this one again.

a: a bright hazy burnt orange color, with some deeper amber color towards the middle. 2 finger solid off white head

s: juicy pineapple, mango, and passionfruit. sweet toffee. a slight grainy/oaty hint. slighty dry crackery aroma

t: right away the flavor seems dominated by a sweet maltiness and ripened mango. there is a dank herbal flavor in here as well that is like a sweet tea leaf flavor. there is a hint of lemongrass, and some pine bitterness. finishes with some mango

m: medium, almost sticky mouthfeel. lower carbonation

o: not sure the age of this bottle, but it seems dominated by the malts. its not bad, but i would like to see some more of the juice from the tropical fruits. enjoyable though, and i'd drink again

Good solid beer. Not a lot of hoppy IPA quality, but good. Dry hopped, honey taste to the beer. Darker and heavier than most IPA's

Look: hazy amber
Smell: hoppy, a bit sweet, a tad malty, a little caramel scent
Taste: piney (?), hoppy, deepish malt, a tad fruity- more tropical fruits
Aftertaste: hops and malts stay with you a bit. a little citrus almost
Overall: it's okay, again not a hops person but pretty good in general

Not bad for a session IPA. Great appearance with a large fluffy frothy long lasting head, and some lace. Color is a slightly hazy honey amber. Aroma is hops, pine resin, caramel. Flavor's like nose, Bittersweet up front with a bit of carbonic tang, some off flavors in the finish. Body is a tad thin and carbonation a bit light. I recall having this before and it being better.

Pours nice white dense head. Nice copper color to it. Has some lacing to it. The smell is of earthy hops. Let's drink it. Again earthy hops. Very drinkable. Nice. Not a big fan of ipa but I have lot of respect for what this brewery does so I bought it. Happy I did and so are the people I'm drinking with.

On tap, man had her.
Perhaps my rating of this beer is not fair, as I have made it clear before I am not a hophead, I enjoy well hop beer, but I do not drink beer for the sake of having the bitters. I can possibly stand. And like some of the Breckenridge beers this beer falls distinctly into that category it is over hop harsh and rough

Appearance - 4/5
Pours a medium dark golden orange, with many fingers of light beige head. An average amount of carbonation can be seen rising up the beer. Small particulates can be seen throughout the beer, making it quite hazy.

Smell - 3.5/5
Citrus, grassy hops, some dank mustiness as well. Slight floral notes.

Taste - 3.75/5
Light ever-so-slightly-Belgian-like malts, some breadiness, very subdued hops profile consisting of citrus and floral elements. Not much of the dank mustiness in the taste. Overall this is actually quite delicious.

Mouthfeel - 3.75/5
Crisp at the start of the sip, gets creamier over the course of the sip, leading to a very smooth, slightly creamy trip down the throat. Slightly more full than medium bodied. Slightly syrupy, slightly less than medium carbonation.

Overall - 3.75/5
This is a decent IPA. Slightly better than average.
