A- Pretty much black, looks to be decent carbonation. Light mocha colored head.
S- Chocolate, vanilla, sweet roasted malts. A little boozy.
T- Starts off a little hot, heavy roasted malts, a little dryness from the oak aging, then calms down with a distinct vanilla sweetness.
M- pretty good. It doesn't have as much carbonation as I thought. I've had worse but I like a little thicker body in a stout with this much flavor.
D- The alcohol in this brew is a little overpowering. I would say its fairly drinkable.
