Served in a 20 oz. tulip style pint glass at the New Holland Brewpub (July 17, 2010).
This is one of the many of the "Hatter" offerings that the New Holland Brewpub is offering these days, I have no idea if I've identified the style correctly. Apparently this is an extra hopped lager that pours a clean amber color with no haze. The nose is slightly hoppy, a hint of pine with some fresh citrus rind. A nice clean, hoppy flavor profile follows, that is clearly not a pilsner. Only slightly bitter and quite refreshing. Carbonation is spot on, a very crisp and interesting brew.
Serving type: on-tap
