Sundog is a lighter fizzy red beer. Off-white head quickly vanishes with little trace; red-brown liquid. Roasty and malty as well as mildly sour. Not much in the way of hops. Or other flavors. Or complexity. Ends with roasty malt. A little disappointing.

Nutty, slightly sweet, caramel aroma. Very nutty flavor, not as hoppy as I expected for an amber. Slightly sweet, but with a lightly bitter and earthy finish. Fairly drinkable. Floral notes emerge as it warms. Better than I expected, but u wouldn't call it an amber.
