Cherry Belgian fruit beer is well balanced between the fruit and the beer.
Nose starts with a hint of clove and banana, then it's all cherries: tart Michigan cherries, at that. Belgian yeasts assert themselves, too, after the initial banana and overwhelming cherry. As it warms, the sugars are also stronger and more noticeable.
Strong cherry smelling boozy Belgian. Not too fruity and not too beery: the flavors are nicely balanced. White head, too, so it's different than the others as the summer of Belgian fruit beers comes to a close.

Taste is similar. Light on the cherry, but it's there. Sweet. Malty. Darkbread No bitterness. 4.0
Medium bodied, low carb, no bitterness 3.5
A good beer, not a true Belgian, but a nice local version of the style. Drinkability is decent. 4.0
