I've been here three times and really like the atmosphere; this place has a huge capacity, is multi-floored, and yet retains the character of a locally-owned, non-corporate brewpub. There's usually quite a few beers on tap; most of the regular bottled offerings are a given, and a handful of slowly rotating specials are available daily. Some of the highlights of my last two visits were Kourage (a brown ale), Cabin Fever (an amber ale), Scotch Ale, Imperial Stout, and Dies Irea (an interesting blend of cider, mead, and ale). Prices are high for the area; expect to pay $5 for a small mason jar of their bigger offerings, and $4 is standard. Beer quality ranges from so-so to very good; none of their stuff blows me away, but there are plenty of solid beers to try.
New Holland offers a variety of appetizers, pizzas, and sandwiches too. I really like their hamburger with melted gorgonzola. Better-than-average brewpub food.
This is a great stop for the lakeshore beer traveler.
