8oz pour at tørst in a tørst wine glass. Deep orange color with a generous head and sticky lace left some spotty lace as I.sipped. Nose is out of this world. Huge fresh travertine. Sweet. Dank. And a nice slap of earth in the background. Taste is solid but not the start that the nose is, but wait, thus is a pale ale! Superfun indeed, great solid earthy back bone with fruity hopping over the top. Super easy drinking and phenomenal that the abv is so manageable. Great session beer that has a strong malt back, the way a pale should be. Really nice chewy body

16oz can poured into a teku

OTHER HALF IS CANNING, REJOICE! What an amazing color, a golden hybrid of ripe tangerines and apricots. Big fuzzy near-white head builds right up, then goes almost entirely away. Leaves minimal lacing. The nose features subtle hints of stone fruit, and nectar. Not quite at the level of Carton's Boat Beer, but very nice. And much like Boat Beer, Other Half manages to pack a ton of flavor into a 4.2% ABV sessionable ale, just not quite as much (sorry the comparisons should be obvious). Mango, bits of pineapple, fruit juice, toasted malts, it's all there, just in a slightly subdued way. Really tasty though, and absolutely crushable. Great feel to the beer as well, but I actually detract a bit from the score for the 4-pack being $14. Boat Beer is $10, pretty much all that need be said.

The beer comes in an opaque, super hazy bright golden color.

The aroma offers lemon candy, grapefruit.

The flavor follows with grapefruit up front, orange peel, citrus seed and zest. There's some grass and floral in the middle. A hint of sweetness comes along, but is very faint. The mouthfeel is creamy, with a perfect breadiness that reminds me of a New England style hoppy beer. The bitterness is medium plus with some grassiness and citrus peel.

The beer drinks towards HF Edward. Great hop profile, perfect mouthfeel, one of the best session hoppy brews I've had.

16 oz can. 2-05-15 stamped on the bottom

Hazed tangerine quality looking forth on top, leaves a nice tiny bubble film and sloppy lacing.

Citric and tropical fruit nose

More fruits, mango, grapefruit, pineapple on the palate. Yummy yummy stuff.
Easy drinking and infused with flavor and intrigue.

Cost me $4 a can at the source

Pours hazy gold with bubbles racing up the brew to a 1 finger foamy off white head that faded slowly and left great foamy lacing coating the sides. Solid looking pour from a can.

Smells like a DIPA or a fresh hopped IPA; tons of citrus hops and piney hops with lemon zest, pineapple, grapefruit, mango, fruity candy like gummy bears, brown sugar, caramel, coriander, herbs, graham cracker and toasted grains. No fucking way can a 4.2% ABV pale ale smell this good, it's outstanding.

Taste: see above - wow, this could be one of the best session beers that I've ever had. Very fresh tasting, very light, really quaffable. More orange and tangerine in the flavor and the malt backbone brings wheat bread, crackers and toasted grains to the party for prefect balance. Light spices and floral notes linger and leave a lightly bitter finish.

Mouthfeel is light, crisp and slick, with a light to medium body, average carbonation and a slightly bitter aftertaste with zero trace of the ABV. It's like the tastiest damn Coors Light feeling beer EVER. An excellent beer overall.
