16 oz. poured on tap at the brewery/restaurant into a wine glass.
Presented with a two finger and real nice creamy egg white topping head, which slowly recedes with good thick retention. A slightly dull, but nice light lemon body with minimal carbonation. Looks real good in a wine glass.
Excellent nose, a controlled yeast punch and malt, with a big hinting crispness. Very dry and somewhat mineraly and large.
Palate brings and intense crispness. Mineral champagne and big white bakery toast bread finish. Hints of floral honey, but very subdued Belgian sensing quality. Sense in the palate come off like an enjoyable German pilsner, with lots of bread and toast white bakery sensations.
A punching flavorful pattersbier at 3.5% abv, but strangely doesn't come off with much Belgian sensing character. Either way it's full of aroma and flavor and super drinkable, great beer.
Serving type: on-tap
