Poured on tap into a stemmed wine glass at the Shaw brew pub.
Opaque but not hazy simple lemon body color. Faint creamed white body color, speckled puck and top, which is kind of interesting.
Wonderful bright tartness. Aroma hits if a real distinct large floral note. Large sensig acids, spritzy, and seems effervescent minus obvious non existent visual carbonation. Mouthwatering. Great stuff.
Palate takes a back seat mostly because of mouthfeel and body. Large tart amounts of acidic lemon, through a somewhat mineral and very flat body even for a Berliner. Minimal wheat and chewy depth also.
Goes large on acidity and excellent aroma but make the palate a bit of a letdown.

4.08/5: Despite the timid aroma, a powerful but restrained yet food-friendly flavor is displayed; I could drink it by the gallon
