I got this off the single shelf at my local Giant Eagle. It poured a clear yellow with white head that is not leaving any lace . The scent had faint malt. The taste was nicely balanced and easy to drink. The mouthfeel was light and creamy with good carbonation. Overall it is a good beer.

12 ounce bottle into pint glass, bottled on 5/31/2017. Pours slightly hazy medium golden yellow color with a 1-2 finger dense white head with good retention, that reduces to a small cap that lingers. Nice spotty soapy lacing on the glass, with a fair amount of streaming carbonation. Aromas of big cracker, corn, white bread dough, lightly toasted biscuit; with lighter notes of pear, apple, pepper, and herbal/grassy earthiness. Damn nice aromas with pale malt/corn and light fruity yeast/earthy hop notes; with great strength. Taste of big cracker, corn, white bread dough, lightly toasted biscuit; with lighter notes of pear, apple, pepper, and herbal/grassy earthiness. Mild herbal, grassy, spicy bitterness on the finish. Lingering notes of cracker, corn, white bread dough, lightly toasted biscuit, pepper, and herbal/grassy earthiness on the finish for a good bit. Great robustness of pale malt/corn and light fruity yeast/earthy hop flavors; with a great malt/bitterness balance, and zero astringent hop flavors after the finish. Moderately crisp/clean finishing. Lightly increasing dryness from bitterness. Very clean lagering, not too fruity/yeasty. Medium carbonation and light-medium body; with a very smooth, moderately bready/grainy, and lightly sticky balanced mouthfeel that is fantastic. Zero warming alcohol as expected of 5%. Overall this is an excellent cream ale! All around great robustness of pale malt/corn and light fruity yeast/earthy hop flavors; very smooth, crisp, clean, and refreshing to drink. Very flavorful and not watery feeling for the low ABV. Pretty much a perfect example of the style. Clean bready malt/corn flavors; with mild hop balance and restrained yeast ester character. A really enjoyable offering.

Beautiful clear-gold body, nice fluffy white head which recedes to a nice ring around the glass. Minimal lacing.
Strong corn and toasted grain aroma. Very nice for a cream, not overly sweet smelling. Slight floral hop scent.
Taste is similar, a little more floral note to the taste. Lots of corn and grain though.
Feel is real nice, nice medium-light body with plenty of carbonation. Smooth finish.
Really nice cream, one of the truest to style I've ever had!

12 FL OZ bottle
Served in a becker glass
This beer pours golden in color and has thousands of tiny bubbles feeding three plus inches of white head that leaves a little lacing.
It has a grainy and floral aroma.
It definitely has a grainy flavor. There is a little floral taste in the middle and finish. The finish has a mild bitterness.
Medium mouthfeel
It is super easy to drink. I love Clear Sky Daybreak, so I had to try the base. It is decent for what it is. I think I will stick with the Daybreak though.

The corn is strong in the aroma, almost sulphur-like, but the flavor is crisp with lightly toasted grain and corn. Among craft cream ales this is probably the truest to tradition. Yes, it kinda tastes like corn but it avoids all the cheap beer off-flavors of Little Kings and Genesee Cream.
