Thanks to ficklenicholas for sharing this one at GRG1313's tasting.
Pours a murky light whitish-yellow with a foamy white head that fades to nothing. No lacing on the drink down. Smell is slightly sour with grain, earth, and subdued apple aromas. Taste is much the same with slightly sour grain, apple, and acidic flavors on the finish. There is a very mild amount of acidity on the palate with each sip. This beer has a lower level of carbonation with a slightly crisp mouthfeel. Overall, this is an average beer with subdued and odd earth and apple qualities.
Serving type: bottle.
