Presentation: 12oz brown bottle, no markings on bottle or label, twist-off.
Appearance: Clear golden yellow. Light color with a small amount of effervescence. The white head fades as quickly as it formed.
Smell: Neutral bready grainy malt. A small hint of the grassy Hallertauer.
Taste: Very clean malt body, more grassy Hallertauer flavor, no bitterness.
Notes: it is what it says it is. Light crisp and refreshing beer. Has that thirst quenching quality, but its a little bland. Would have liked some more hops flavor and hop bitterness would be nice too. Also the head retention needs some work. Overall, I could drink a ton of these. Carbonation is moderately low.

Poured into a glass at home.
Pours a clear, bright yellow. Big rocky head that takes its time falling back into the glass.
Aroma is slightly sweet up front, followed by a bread crust smell, and ending with a faint floral hop note. It's all very clean, and nothing jumps out at you. The only issue I have is that it's really rather subdued. Not bad, just quiet and shy.
Flavor mimics the smell pretty well. Sweet and bready, with a nice doughy flavor, almost like being in a kitchen while bread is baking. Right behind that comes the floral hops again, more as flavor than bitterness. This isn't an exceptionally bitter brew by any means. It has a creaminess in the end that seems a bit out of place, but isn't disturbing or off-putting. It all ties together nicely by the time you've swallowed the sip, and the cleanliness of the taste makes you want to take another right away. Nothing out of balance, nothing challenging, just a good kolsch type flavor.
Mouthfeel is light and crisp, with the exception of that odd creamy consistency that creeps in mid-drink. Otherwise, just about right for following up a day of yard work.
This is nicely crafted. Clean, crisp, doesn't try to be bigger or bolder than it should be. It's an easy drinking beer for those who actually *like* beer. If I were in southeastern Texas, immediately after cursing life for putting me there, I'd grab some of this. Good stuff.
