Beer brought back all the way from Houston by my buddy Andrew. Thanks to him for hooking me up. I'm sorry two of them broke inside your case!
Bottle poured into a standard nonic.
A: Pours a very light golden/yellow color, a bit hazy, with a thin bone-white head on top. Maybe half a finger's worth, but it hung around fairly well.
S: Mild notes of sweet barley and bready yeast.
T: Bready yeast notes up front, malt sweetness arriving near the middle, and a nice touch of hop *brightness* on the back end to round things out. For a mild, light beer, this one holds it's own.
M: Light, carbonation bubbles are very *fine*. Would appreciate just a touch more, personally. Remarkable stickiness on the finish for such a light beer.
D/O: Not bad for a light beer. I see what the *fuss* is about. On a hot summer day, would follow this up with another without blinking.
