A - Translucent yellow/straw. Small head which dissipates shortly and leaves a ring around the glass.
S - Very malty, earthy, with just a hint of hops.
T - Slight malt backbone with a hop presence that is up front without being particularly strong or overpowering. Bit of an earthy, organic, floral aftertaste with just a hint of hop bitterness. Definitely evokes the grassiness of the packaging in a good way.
M - Lots of carbonation without being overpowering. Really solid, adds a great touch to the beer.
D - Overall, strong drinkability for those hot Texas summer days. The mouthfeel and flavor strike a pretty good balance between the lighter summer offerings like pilsners and the sometimes cloying hefeweisens. I could (and have been known to) finish off an entire six-pack in one sitting.
