P: Thin off white head that hovers over a clear darkened apricot/copper color.
S: Mellow crisp nose of citrus hops, pale malts, apricots, orange, grapefruit and fresh grains with a touch of herbs.
T/M: Medium body with timid toasted malts and grains with and fruity presence of grapefruit, apricot and orange zest. Hops are subtle and not too bitter but it's nice for a summer ale. Sun dried lawn clippings and a slight rustic flare develop when it starts to warm. Finish is crisp and dry with lingering orange zest.
O: Nice IPA especially for those looking to embark on the world of IPA's it's a gentle beast of bitter that has clean flavors and nothing overbearing. Would drink this again.
Serving type: on-tap
