Saint Arnold Weedwacker has a creamy, medium white head and a hazy, swirling straw appearance, with lots of lacing rings and many little floating particles. Lots of streaming bubbles appear. The aroma is of sugar, corriander, banana, spice, and cake. The flavor is similar- so spicy and rich. Mouthfeel is light to medium, and Saint Arnold Weedwacker finishes semi-dry and pretty crisp. Overall, this is a most excellent beer. RJT

A- bright yellow in color, small foamy white head that dissolves quickly with no lace, quite clear.

S- fresh grassy seed, yeast, lemon rind, bready malt and a bit of banana.

T- lemon citrus with a bit of clove, undertone of bready malt, sweet banana, finishes dry.

M- crisp with low carbonation, light-med body with just enough fizz. Very drinkable.

O- very sessionable, a great summer beer that is very well balanced with a very drinkable mouthfeel.

Thanks for this beer Chris!
Neck is printed "61512", so its about a month old i'm guessing. Served in a large tapered mug that is weizen-shaped.

Color is a pale hazy straw yellow, that becomes murky with an orange tint. Thin cap of loose bubbles on the surface, eventually dwindles to a skim. Some random spotty lace in the glass.

Smells fairly clovey, phenolic and yeasty, light peanut butter and wheat, vague citrus, possibly lemon.

Somewhat astringent with a carbonic bite, lemon and wheat flavors, tangy finish. Dusty wheat lingers in the dry aftertaste. Slight pepper or clove spiciness. Overall it's ok, mouthfeel throws it out of "wack" a bit, but otherwise its pretty typical stuff.
