A: Pours a cloudy light amber color with a white head.
S: Lots of coriander and banana to the nose with a decent breadiness. Lots of yeast and esters along with a bit of orange and lemon zest.
T: Taste is very zesty and peppery. The malt is pale and crackery and there's some orange peel, coriander, and tons of yeast eters.
M: The body is medium with a moderate level of carbonation.
D: Pretty light and easy to drink in terms of mouthfeel, but there are definitely some assertive flavors from the different yeast.

Other half of the dual tasting at Petrol Station in Houston.
Very similar flavor profile but more subdued and blended. Not filtered and very flat - I am not svery familiar with cask beers but this version was even more drinkable than the tap style. I liked it and am glad I got a chance to experience it.

Very nice! has a lingering belgian/saison mouth that is hoppy/citrusy. Each sip is very satisyfing! Orangy aftertaste. Mmm
Pretty pale for an amber.
Would be awesome summer beer.
Never had their normal amber, but would definitely drink this again.

On tap at the Meddlesome Moth.
The beer pours a light amber color with a white head. The aroma is Belgian yeast, apples, cherries and biscuit malt. The flavor is white pepper, apples, other fruit, yeast and lighter, biscuit and bready malt. There is also a little bit of English hop bitterness. Medium mouthfeel and medium carbonation.

On tap at the Flying Saucer in Houston.
A: Pours a hazy copper color. A two finger white head forms with good retention. Some patchy lace is left behind.
S: A musky and funky cellar/basement aroma. Some hops and some sweet malt.
T: Like the nose, some really pronounced funky cellar/basement. A substantial bitterness at first, that fades to a spicy yeast flavor. Some sweet malt that lingers on, and finishes with another burst of bitterness.
M/D: A medium body that is perfectly crisp, dry, and clean. So easy to drink. I had several at the Saucer, and could of had much more.
There is an obvious difference between this and the regular Amber. I really like it. Like Weedwaker this is really unique. Something that should not be missed.
