Poured from a bottle into pint glass. Deep amber - like dark southern iced tea. Nice head that lingered. Smells of malt and caramel. Taste was the same - not bitter - but good balance. It left me wanting more - I will make sure I have a good supply from now to fulfil that desire. This brewery is just up the road from my favorite summer spot - hopefully I will get the chance to visit it someday.

Poured into an English pint glass.
The appearance was a nice looking dark orange/copper color with a small finger's worth of white foamy head. Barely any lace.
The aroma had some soap, floral hops and biscuits. Slight earthiness on the back end.
The flavor yielded to the sweetness centering on the malts, somewhat soapy and biscuity. Hops are light but there. Slight aftertaste of biscuits and floral bitterness.
The mouthfeel was about medium bodied with a fair sipping quality about it due to the noticeable soapiness. Carbonation felt fine. Mild finish of biscuits, soap and floral hops.
Overall, definitely an English pale ale. I could tolerate but will say not many Americans will like this one.

12 oz. bottle poured into a pint glass.
Appearance: The bottle I got must've been shaken because it sort of exploded. Once it settled down it was a copper orange color with a one-and-a-half inch white head and pretty heavy carbonation. Leaves some decent lacing.
Aroma: It has your standard English pale aromas - malt, hops, caramel, toast, bread, some faint fruitiness.
Taste: Taste follows the nose. Again, standard English pale ale profile. Kind of Bass-like.
Mouthfeel: It's got the same kind of depth as Bass, too. Light enough to be refreshing.
Overall: It's a well-executed pale ale, but it's kind of unremarkable. It's refreshing and has flavor, but it doesn't linger in the mind when you're done with it. Decent, but not a standout in Maine's busy beer scene,

Had on tap at Delvino's in Belfast, ME.
Light fizzy head, faint hint of lacing, semi hazy light tan copper orange color.
Nose light grassy pale hops, light reddish malts, decent hops, grassy floral.
Taste lighter, grassy floral hops, decent bitterness, slight herbal earthy hop, grainy reddish malts little yeasty, little and fairly crisp. Long bitter finish, but more herbal grassy hops and light malt, dry.
Mouth is med bodied, decent carb.
Overall pretty good, nothing special and a bit light on everything but drinkable.

Sampled at Delvinos up near Marshall Wharf.
A - Poured into a standard pint glass clear dark amber hue with a super minimal half finger white head that fades to leave thin side lacing.
S - Aromas of some light malty sweetness and faint grassy hops and light caramel.
T - Taste is similar to the nose with nice malts and soft grassy hops. There is a slight metallic taste on the finish that lingers heavily. Soft cardboard too. Meh
M - Mouthfeel is fairly average for the style.
O - Overall this beer was average for me. Still it was good for the moment and a nice base before Marshall Wharf's fest.
