16 ounce pint - $5.25 at Taco Mac in Woodstock, Georgia.

Appearance: A little haze to the deep yellow body underneath a third of an inch of white foam. Good lacing.

Smell: A little bread, a little lemon, a light grain, and a little golden syrup.

Taste: Sweet, soft ultra light maltiness, a teensy-weensy hint of breadiness and a cereal sweetness. Kiss of lemon zest. Low herbal hint (if even) with an incredibly light bitterness. Lightly drying finish.

Mouthfeel: Medium-bodied. Medium carbonation.

Overall: While not the tightest, brightest rendition of the Kölsch style, it's at least worth a try. At least!

Poured from the tap at Buckhead Pizza in Smyrna, GA.
Aroma- Has a grain and citrus aroma
Appearance- A golden yellow color with a small white head.
Taste- Not good, has a taste of dishwater, I am pretty sure it is the beer and not the glass. Halfway through the beer the flavor became better. Palate- Medium-bodied, medium carbonation.
Overall: Not impressed, this is my first Eventide beer, may need to try a second round to truly judge.

Appearance: Crystal clear honey, pillowy white head, OK lacing.

Aroma/Flavor: Straw-light bready malt character blends with light fruity yeast esters and on the palate you can pick up just a touch of grassy hop bitterness.

Mouthfeel: Medium-light body, good carbonation, lingering hop bitterness.

Overall: A refreshing and easy to drink brew.

A - Hazy straw color with a thin white head

S - Fairly strong pear aroma with a hint of noble hops

T - Medium bitterness right up front with a very dry finish. Leaves just a hint of pear/fruity sweetness as an aftertaste

M - Medium bodies that is crisp up front and very dry towards the end

O - A little hoppy up front for a Kolsch style, but okay overall. It is not as sessionable as others in this style due to it's bitterness and dry finish, but very enjoyable.
