Rather salty. Moderate bitterness. Pleasant floral aroma. Dark golden color with a handsome cap of foam in the New Belgium snifter.

This is one of those pleasant aromatic IPAs that aren't so terminally bitter. Finish is dry and minerally. Less sweet than most IPAs. Light body and surprisingly drinkable.

A very pleasant quaff with a moderate bitter finish. From the 22 oz bottle purchased at Mega Liquor in Hemet, Calif.

Date Bottled 3/25/15.

Pours a hazy golden-orange with a foamy tan head that settles to a partial film on top of the beer. Small patches of lace form around the glass on the drink down. Smell is of citrus zest, grapefruit juice, and earth aromas. Taste is much the same with citrus fruit, citrus zest, and grapefruit juice flavors on the finish. There is a mild amount of hop bitterness on the palate with each sip. This beer has a good level of carbonation with a crisp mouthfeel. Overall, this is a good beer with nice citrus forward hop characteristics that make this one tasty and easy to drink.

Serving type: bottle.

Clear, very light gold/copper on the pour, finger of an eggshell coloured head. Soft carbonation.

Earthy on the nose with floral hops cutting through, slightly grainy. Hop bitterness on the tongue, mellowed out nicely by the malt precense. A little bit bready and toasty. Slightly citrusy and tropical, actually very well balanced. Seems sort of experimental, but I actually enjoyed this one. Soft and light. Good to see the local Temecula brewery scene growing and a good first go at this newer brewery.

Great smell. Look is sort of like a darker Budweiser. Taste is really good initially but there is this oily creamy texture that just makes the beer taste stale and old
