Our IPA brings intense hop flavors and aromas from a unique blend of Columbus, Centennial, and Cascade hops. This 85 IBU IPA is bittered with Columbus hops for a strong resiny and pungent bite, then flavored with Centennial and Cascade hops for citrus finish with a floral aroma. After the boil we add aroma hops at flameout, and then dry hop with copious amounts of Cascade hops to push this experience over the edge.

Poured from can into tulip, 1 finger cream head that dissipates to a small pool of foam after a few minutes. Hazy golden color. Getting some pine on the nose. I love the initial taste, getting a nice malt profile with a little citrus/pine action, but not a fan of the after taste.

First time with this beer - very good. A smooth IPA with a very nice balance of hops, citrus and slightly bitter finish. Immediately jumped into my top 5 of IPAs.

Pours a slightly hazy golden color with a 3 finger width foamy head. Head retention and lacing are excellent. Deep citrus and piney notes with slight caramel aroma. Very appealing. Malty up front with good transition to a piney hop. There is some citrus and caramel in the flavor as well. May be closer to a DIPA. There is a very astringent soapy aftertaste at the end. This is where the beer looses it because it overwhelm any potential citrus notes. Not bad, but not the best by a long shot.

Remarkably good IPA from an underdog brewery. Nice citrus notes.
