My first beer from this brewery, bought at the Craft Beer Cellar in Nashua, NH. Poured from a 22 oz. bomber into a copper mug, which is not transparent, so no clue on the look and color of the beer. However, the smell is pleasant, taste is delicious with the right amout of sweetness, and mouthfeel is fantastic. It does not drink like a 4.5% ABV beer. It feels more like a strong ale or similar. It can definitely be a sipper if you want it to. At any rate, I am impressed and can't wait to try more from this brewery. Love the name and branding.

Bottle from the Lazy Dog
Slightly hazy light yellow with a bubbly white head that shows moderate retention. Very floral nose with hints of honey and earthy sweet bread. The flavor is a bit sweet like the nose suggested with bits of earthy rustic floral notes. I came in thinking I might not enjoy this, but I was pleasantly surprised.

From the 650 ml. bottle. Released in October 2015. There is also a beer from this brewery called Farm.Haus but this is different from that one. Sampled on October 8, 2015.
The pour is a cloudy yellow-olive under a modest white fizzy head that fades,
Mellow aroma of toasted bread, chamomile, herbs, and yeast. Low to no hop character.
Medium smooth body.
Toasted biscuit and bread sweetness with little to no bitterness. I found it to be mellow and easy to drink.
