This is my first beer review on Beer Advocate, so bare with me.
Appearance: A moderate to deep brown with a hazy tint.
Smell: A sweet aroma, it had a smell like prunes or berries with a little bit of spice. It reminded me of the scent of a root beer. I was drawn to the beer immediately.
Taste: Delightfully sweet but not over powering. A short and slight hoppiness.
Mouthfeel: Smooth but a slightly dry finish.
Drinkability: A very delicious beer for casual consumption.
Serving type: on-tap

P- Wegmans in Mechanicsburg, PA
A- A reddish amber color that is clear. really no head and minimal lacing.
S- Vinegar malts and roasted nuts. I get some sugary hints as well maybe molasses. Smell is very inviting.
F- dark chocolate roasted malts dominate the mouth. molasses or some sort of dark candied sugar fruit. I cant put my tongue on it.
M- malty and creamy. It gets to be struggle as you get closer to the bottom. The malts tend to over dominate.
O- not a bad brew but not sure I would have it at a bar. It is worth a try but nothing more.
