Pours deep amber with a thin tan head. No lacing to speak of. Smells lightly fruity and bready. Faint citrusy hops.
Taste is again very biscuity malt and light spicy fruit backed by a more herbal hops profile but still with hints of citrus hops too. Hops dominate the finish and the aftertaste. Mouth is medium bodied with an herbal hop aftertaste. Decent enough but something that I can't put my finger on keeps it from being great. Best I can figure is that it's the malt and hops don't quite compliment each other. Kind of American style hops with a British style malt.
