Nothing sharp or bitter about this. Has a creamy mouth feel and notes of citrus.

Not great.

Thank you Mr. Kevin

Brillant amber with a sticky white head. Looks as an IPA should. No more, nor less.

Smells like a hop bomb. Lots of nostril pleasing piney orange, pineapple and soft grapefruit. Makes my nose hairs dance. The hop profile transfers over into the flavor where the soft, velvety malt creates a orange hopsicle effect. Amply bitter but the hop focus is on flavor and aroma.

Stoked to attend the brewery opening this weekend.

On tap @ Station House in Forest Hills Queens

A - Golden yellow with some amber hues and a 2.5 finger, frothy-white head that wasn't quick to recede. Some lacing after it did.

S - Citrus and floral hops -- smells like a bit of a hop bomb.

T - Surprisingly, the taste doesn't match the smell: it's an earthy/floral IPA with some citrus coming through. Well balanced mix of hops.

M - Well carbonated and quenches the thirst for an American IPA. Some malty/sweetness comes through well.

O - A high-quality earthy-IPA worth revisiting.

ACBF pour

A-Pours a lightly cloudy orange color with a wedge of white fluff.

S-Equal parts tropical/fruity and hempy/herby. Citrus and mango along with weed and earth. Smells like its gonna be bitter!

T-Bitter for sure. Coercive pine and grass with some pot. The harsher hop flavors are accompanied by some tangerine and pineapple hops. Malt is pale and unassuming-purposely.

M-Bitter. Lingering flavors. Medium bodied. Moderate carbonation.

O-A well made IPA that stuck out to me at the festival. A great introduction to Finback Brewery.
