Thin head dropped quickly, amber color with distinct red highlights. The nose is fruity with cherry, apricot and noticeable sour character, and tiny bit of earthy funk. Taste is strongly fruity with a very clean bright sour, light malt and an interesting earthy, tannic-like finish. Clean and assertive sour, no acetic/ vinegar flavors, and just a little bit of strange way in the background to add intrigue. (408 characters)

A: The beer is clear dark orange amber in color and has a light amount of visible carbonation. It poured with a thin head that quickly died down, leaving only a thin collar around the edge of the glass.
S: Light aromas of sourness are present in the nose along with slight hints of cherries.
T: Much like the smell, the taste is a little sour and has hints of balsamic vinegar and grapes.
M: It feels light- to medium-bodied and a little tart on the palate with a low to moderate amount of carbonation.
O: This beer was very easy to drink and is sessionable—it has a low alcohol content and isn't really that sour. It would make for a good summer beer. (654 characters)
