This Belgian style wit has subtle shades of pink and red from the hibiscus and a bright citrus flavor from the orange peek and hop additions.

Wonderfully floral on the nose, good body from the wheat. Slightly sour, as expected, with a moderate malt bill that buoys the floral flavors

Man, I forgot I even had this beer in my fridge. I didn’t have it listed as a got on here and never made it to my inventory list. Weird. Well this sounds interesting, a Witbier with hibiscus. It also has orange peel and coriander, but that’s much more common for the style. Let’s get into it
Pours a cloudy reddish orange with 2 fingers of pink tinted white head that fades to a ring and leaves no lacing
The hibiscus adds a nice touch to this one. I’m picking up on aromas of crackery malt, coriander, lightly acidic white grape, peppery hops, hibiscus tea, and light orange zest
The slight acidity in taste really elevates it for me. On the front end of the sip I’m tasting hibiscus, tart red grape, lemon zest, wheat bread, orange zest, and light coriander. The swallow brings notes of red grape, lemon zest, coriander, wildflower honey, wheat bread, stone, and light orange zest
A light medium body pairs with gentle carbonation, resulting in a zesty but slightly watery beer. Finishes neutral with a nice earthiness
This one is definitely a little strange but I dig it. Unique for sure

A: The beer is slightly hazy rosé in color and has a light to moderate amount of visible carbonation. It poured with a half finger high off white head that died down, leaving some specks of bubbles on the surface and a thin collar around the edge of the glass.
S: Light to moderate aromas of of orange peel are present in the nose along with notes of hibiscus.
T: The taste follows the smell, except that there are more balanced flavors of hibiscus and orange peel.
M: It feels light- to medium-bodied on the palate and has a moderate amount of carbonation.
O: This beer is very easy to drink and has some refreshing properties.
Serving type: can

I had this twice, the first time i liked it a lot more, could have been the palate adjustment from the ipas i was drinking the first time. Really beatufil color and floral smell, the first time seemed to be more sour with almost acid/vinegar finish, second time more like elderflower cordial at the end. Not sure if one was new and one was retired or old, it seems to still be around

Although this beer is currently marked retired, it seems to have been resurrected, and appears on the Transmitter website as currently available.
Part of a flight at The Knickerbocker Tavern in altoona PA last Sunday, while watching the Packers hold off the Seahawks.
Nice color on this one, pinkish coloring over what seems a more amber base. Small slightly fizzy white head, which dissipates, but reappears with agitating.
Hibiscus floral notes on the nose dominate
I must admit, I like some Hibiscus taste in my beer from time to time, and this one delivers in spades. There is a touch of the barnyard/farm about it as well. Really refreshing and tasty drink. A little on the tart side as well.
Feel is perhaps slightly below medium, with a dry floral finish.
Overall, a pleasant surprise to bump into this one. Thanks for the resurrection Transmitter!

Beautiful pinkish hue. Lots of wit qualities. Wheat, coriander, some clove and banana notes. A tiny tanginess. Not overly flavorful. Not getting much of one flavor. It's just ok.
