Served by pint in local Wetherspoons.
A- Golden body with rocky yet surprisingly long lasting white 2 finger head. Beading is evident with good lacing.
S- Vanilla, honey, just a hint of citrus. a little dough.
T- Vanilla and malty bread comes through moreso in the taste. Hoppy citrus has a nice bitter kick that is very subtle yet balances well with the malt.
M- Thick, creamy and low carbonation, goes down very very easy.
D- I thought this was fantastic stuff, i dont like overly citrussy pale ales, the balance between sweet and bitter in this one was perfect with a carbonation level just right to drink with ease. Fantastic
