500ml Bottle:
Bright golden with a huge, oversized and foamy white head that starts massive and ends up spilling over the sides before settling as a thick looking, thumb sized head that leaves a little lacing on the glass. The bottle was also loaded with sediment.
Strong smelling beer on the nose with tonnes of honey and very sweet malts. There is a very fruit smell to this one with not a lot else other than the honey I'm afraid and it doesn't really smell great, just overpowering.
Disgusting taste that was so sweet it was almost making me sick after the one sip. There is bucket loads of honey with some alcohol and bitterness plus a slight metallic taste but that's about all I could identify really.
Sweet, far too sweet in fact but with some metallic touches and a very dry and bitter taste. The body was light medium and the carbonation levels were through the roof and far too gassy.
Not quite the worst beer I've ever tried but definitely a contender with almost nothing going for it. It was far too sweet, had a terrible aroma and poor balance with almost no redeeming features.
