12 oz bottle poured into SA Perfect Pint glass.
A - Pours a hazy orange, looks thick in the bottle, nice, creamy, two finger head that leaves a lot of lacing. It has a head retention that goes ALL the way until the very last sip. The perfect looking beer.
S - Very strong smell. The first things that hits is an abundance of floral hops, before fading into a citrusy/grapefruit smell. Delicious smell, almost want to dab it on my neck. Perhaps the best smelling IPA I've ever had. You can actually "taste" this beers smell as you draw the first sip.
T - Very, very floral taste, lots of hops right up front. The back end of the taste is a bit sweet even, a little bit of grapefruit but a good amount of orange in there too. Just a great amount of balance present.
M - I was impressed. I thought with the smell of the hops, this was going to be a bit dry, but it wasn't. It was a good consistency, not so thick as to coat your throat, but not a lot of carbonation so it keep the thinness very well.
D - Extremely drinkable, it's a good beer for gulping even.
Overall - Wow. I've been "legal" living in Columbus for five years and this is the first time I've ever had this beer. It's delectable. In base, American IPAs, Columbus may be one of the very best.

Enjoyed on tap from a 22oz pilsner glass. Honestly was not too impressed my first time having it but had much higher regards the second time around and here is the review..
A - Pours a dark orange/reddish-gold, 1 finger head, leaves white lacing around the glass with a slowly dissipating head that remains until the end.
S - Fresh hops, piney, citrusy. Very appeasing.
T - Taste follows the smell with fresh hops that are not as powering as the smell leads to believe. Very balanced for an IPA, not incredibly hoppy in the mouth but leaves a lingering hoppy after taste.
M - Feel is medium, not too heavy in the mouth, good mix of flavors and overall very drinkable.
O - Very enjoyable beer, I liked it much more the second, third, and fourth go around. Fairly unique for an IPA in its balance and drinkability. This one is easy to have a few of.

The beer starts off looking great poured into a tulip. Dark gold with a two finger head which clung to the sides for the whole ride. On the nose we have great citrus notes with a hint of flora and pine. Taste follows suit. Great forward pine and malt with a solid citrus finish. Great balance of bitterness. Mouthfeel is very good for the style. A lot of IPAs go for the hop bomb these days which can overpower the palate but this one does quite well. Smooth carb and very smooth bitter notes. Overall a great IPA. As opposed to others of the style, you could definitely take down a 6 of these without being overwhelmed. Can't wait for them to bottle Bodhi!
