Poured into extended tulip glass from 341ml bottle. 6,1% ABV

A: Opaque honey brown color, slightly reddish, looks unfiltered which is a plus. Big 3-4 finger head with some retention and even soapy lacing. Definitely looks inviting!

N: caramel malt, english hops, not a very bitter smell, soapy(ironic?), some tropical fruits but not strong enough to pinpoint. An uninviting booziness, it has the typical cheap beer dank unfortunately.

T: Starts with semi-sweet caramel malts, some bread. Citrus peel and hoppy bitterness. Very bitter but not overwhelming. A little grassy.

M: High carbonation hits the tongue like needles, kind of killing the tasting abilities on the front of the tongue. Medium body, a little sticky. Definitely too carbonated for an Ale!!

O: Meh, second style im trying from this brewer and probably my last, really nothing special. Its not hard to find a better IPA, but I would take this over any of the commercial macrobrews (956 characters)

Pleasantly bitter and a little maltier than I was expecting, but none of the signature aromas I've come to expect from the style... Probably OK, so long as one is not looking for a great American IPA, but rather goes in expecting a tasty blond... (247 characters)
