Notes & Commercial Description:
Beer added by: blackie on 03-17-2014

A beer you could drink all day and all night. Dark amber in color. A delectably complex malt profile reminiscent of bread, toast, and biscuits, with hints of caramel, chocolate, and fruity esters. On tap at the brewery
Dark, clear brown body with a small head.
Subtle, malty aroma.
Flavor. typical, well-crafted ESB. Hops more evident in the mildly bitter finish.

Poured on-tap at the brewery and served in a shaker pint, the beer is a dark, amber coloring, with a thin, off-white halo of head. Nose of sugary caramel, roasted notes, biscuits, and candied sugar. Flavors of chocolate, caramel, dark cherry, and subtle bitter notes. Smooth, slick bodied, with a tangy and bitter aftertaste. Smoked and sugary, with a slick, smooth finish. Balanced and solid.
