Glad more breweries are pumping out awesome apricot saisons. This one is on the lighter side, but that tart, funky apricot holds strong. Thanks ChicagoGuy!

500ml bottle, Batch #1, poured into a Funk Factory Geuzeria wine glass.
The beer pours a soft, pale, golden color, hues of straw and peach, very hazy with a thin white head, loose bubbles with low retention and no lace. The aroma is nice, lots of lacto funk, apricot flesh, peach pit, cereal grains, light oak, mild tartness. The flavors are very similar, apricot and peach flesh with some earth pit as well, light barnyard, plenty of lacto sourness, cereal grains, a touch of soft oak and some light peppercorn. It's not bursting with flavor, pretty tame, but tasty and balanced. The mouthfeel is okay, lightly coating, soft and gentle light body, moderate carbonation that has a sharp and dry finish.
Verdict: A nice wild farmhouse beer from Transient. The fruit really translates well, though I wish this had a slightly bigger body and some more depth to give it some oomph. While it drinks super easily, it's a bit ethereal at times.

Look: Beautiful pale golden color, tons of effervecence, nice two finger head. Visible yeast, fruit pulp, and other sediment which isn't the most beautiful.
Smell: Tons of tartness, lacto, ripened stone fruit, a touch of fruity sweetness.
Taste: Initial hit of light tartness, a bit of bitterness, and a huge wave of sweet biscuity malt.
Feel: Light medium bodied, not a lot of tongue ticking bubbles, a touch drying.
