This is a laid-back place just off the beach. Since this area consists mostly of retirees, the clientele seem to consist almost entirely of people middle-aged and older, which is fine with me. At night, it's still kind of a party, but the kind your dad would go to if his inhibitions were down and he needed a weekend off after five straight weeks of work. Anyway, it's the kind of place that exists more in warmer weather; it looks like a motel on the outside and a cabana on the inside. The outside patio is nice, especially at night, and the whole place, as one might expect, is pretty open and breezy. Service is good, generally, though it seemed on busy nights to need another server or two. There are only four taps. It's sad, but in Englewood, I was dismayed when every time I went out there were 2 taps, usually BL and ML. This one has those two, Yuengling (Light, of course), and a local brew called Key West Summer Ale. There are 22 bottles available, all but maybe two of the beers BMC, a couple Smirnoff, etc. The food isn't bad, mostly light fare and, of course, seafood. Overall, it's a fine place to go. It's about as good as it gets for beer options in a town populated by salty old dudes who know what they like and it's what they've been drinking for 50 years.
