Burnt orange to auburn colored with crystal clarity. A proud cream colored foam rests above and leaves smooth lacing like foam spray all down the glass.
Toasted biscuits with an equal level of caramel linger above the surface, with a dusty and earthy hop finish.
Flavor is very much the same, but the crowning jewel of it is the lingering after taste. The caramel and toasted bread crusts stays, even ampliflies in the end. The earthy hops move into a light spiced apple finish.
An exceptionally clean feeling lager. Light and bright carbonation with a smooth start and crisp, dry finish. Perfectly balanced.
Got a pretty damn good dunkel lager here. Buoy continues to impress with these classic styles. Would love to see this in a six pack, especially for the spring season just around the corner.
Prost!

Nice and clear, a sparkling dark maple syrup color. Whiff of malty biscuits come up from a rapidly fading head. Low carbonation. Clean taste, mild bitterness Very drinkable, but lacks a little depth for a Dunkel.
