Amber copper color with a huge thick caramel head with great retention and leaving lots of laces.
Nice aroma of American Amber-Red Ale yeast, caramel and biscuit malt, a bit of tea leaves, and off-course Mosaic hops with passion fruit and peaches notes.
Nice bitter flavor with notes of fruity and citrus hops, American yeast, caramel and toasted malts, tea bags, spices, some pineapples and grapefruits. Quite dry and bitter aftertaste with a residual toasted and spicy note. Passed the IBU sneeze test (my internal IBU thermometer).
Medium body with appropriate carbonation.
So far this is the best Chilean beer I've tasted, a true American Amber-Red Ale. Tasty, bitter, complex and dry, a local treasury. I'll sure look for other of their offerings. Recommendable. (768 characters)

Bottle purchased at beervana, drinking out of a small water glass in my hotel room in Santiago, reviewing on my phone.

A: crystal clear, dark copper/ red color, nice off white head with good lace

S: slight hint of chocolate malt, I think I know where the red color comes from, no sign of hops, not west coast red ale.

T: clean malts, a little bit of light roast, still no hops except for a slight bitterness at the end.

M: very crisp and dry with a lingering astringency, nice amount of carbonation.

O: my guess is the best knew exactly what kind of beer he wanted to make and he did it. This is not my favorite style, I was hoping for a happy red, buy this is a very well made beer. I'll bet it would be great on a hot summer day when you want something a little different from a pils-type later. Definitely worth trying if you are not a fan of hops. (856 characters)
