Poured out a clear, golden-yellow color with a large bubbly white head of foam. It smelled of grasses and pine. Sweet caramel up front with a nice piney bitterness. Crisp, sharp and smooth.

Poured into a fluted pilsener glass.
Look: Pale straw yellow colored body with a soapy white head that recedes to a chunky film. Good soapy bands of lacing.
Aroma: Good balance with cereal grain sweetness and spicy hops.
Taste: Touches of malt sweetness up front before blending into a good grassy, spicy body.
Mouthfeel: Medium bodied, slightly dry.
Overall: Excellent balance, sometimes too sweet up front, but nice and spicy from hops.
