Bibo (pronounced bee-bo) is a crisp, dry, and classic pilsner. A distinct continental hop flavor and aroma creates a well-balanced and tastefully crafted brew.
Bibo was named after Albert Einstein’s parrot, which he received as a gift for his 75th birthday. Bibo also means “I drink” in Latin.

Drinking this at The Athens Georgia Location of Creature Comforts with the Red Headed Lady of Snowbird Mountains Brewery fame en route to a Rock Concert at The 40 Watt Night club to see the Drive By Truckers.
Looks Golden yellow with a thick creamy looking white foamy head that dropped slowly to a thick cap.
Smells Biscuity, lightly floral.
Taste follows the nose nicely.
Mouth feel is what sets this beer apart from other domestic Pilsners with a nice soft mouth feel.
Overall could be a little more floral on the hops side, but nice and soft on the feel side. I would definitely order again.
Cheers!

Had this Beer at a Beer Garden in Macon Ga. Right from a can with no glass so I cant comment on the Look. The aroma was nearly non existent. As far as Taste goes, Definitely on par with the import Pilsners. Upfront nice sweet malt. Gentle Hop character that doesn't overwhelm. Well balanced. The feel really helps set this beer apart from domestic. Soft, velvety texture. Low carbonation. Overall Well done.

Classic pilsner look, hazy straw color with a foamy white head. Gorgeous beer. Grassy noble hop aromas accompanied by bready maltnotes officially have me salivating.
The noble hops really dominate the taste at the beginning, then give way to the bready malt flavors. A perfectly executed German pilsner, IMHO, and another world class beer from a world class brewery.
