On tap at Spinnakers Taproom, served in a 13 oz Belgian snifter. Deep, near black with a good frothy head and lacing. Roasted malt and coffee aroma and taste with a bit of unexpected berry fruit flavor. Full bodied, flavored and satisfying.

Spinnakers Brewpub 'Hollie Wood Oyster Stout' @ 7.6% , served on tap , plus a couple of 650 ml bottles purchased for $5.65
A-pour is black from the tap to the snifter with a smallish beige head
S-oysters fresh from Fanny Bay
T-slight sweetness at the start , certainly can taste the salty oyster's on the swallow
MF-ok carbonation , full body
Ov-ok/good beer , goes well with the Mushroom Beer Pizza
