Made with Pale Ale and Pilsner malts to give it its blonde colour. Also uses our Belgium yeast strain.

Poured from 650mL bottle into snifter
A: Autumn-gold, bubbly, small white head, quick to dissipate. Small, neat lacing
S: Burnished wheat, a few generic-Belgian phenols, more spice in back (coriander, nutmeg, cloves), and..candy-cane?
T: Wheat and clove, a bit more spice in back, little anticlimactic from smell
M: Bubbly and light, but a little undercarbinated, so short on the tongue
O: Middle-of-the-road Canadian Belgian: true to the style, but not amazing.

Gonna give Spinnaker's "Uber Blonde" a go
A-poured into a chalice a little cloudy pale gold with a weak head and lacing
S-malted barley imported hops and traditional belgian yeast give's this brew it's Euro skunk to the nose
T-mellow on the palate for such a strong belgian ale
MF-little bit bitter and very little carbonation and ok body
Ov-not a great beer but a good beer
Cheers LampertLand

Spinnakers Über Blonde pours a crystal clear gold with almost no head. The aroma is fruity and spicy, with some dry, chalky yeastiness and decent amount of sweet light malt poking through. A faint banana aroma pops up as the beer warms. Fruity esters and sweet pale malt strike first in the flavor, with a hint of clove. The flavor dries out quickly, with some nice mild (but almost sharp) phenolic character. The carbonation is light, which seems to be the norm with Spinnakers, but in my opinion could be higher for the style. Alcohol is non existant, really well hidden. Overall a really solid beer, I'd love to have it with a little more CO2.
