Serving Type - Bottle

Appearance - Dark burnt orange, tan with a creamy 1/2 inch that died pretty fast

Smell - Hops, malts, cherry, citrus, carmaels, some alcohol

Taste - Really nice grapefruity hops mixed with some added sugars. This beer has incredible balance, and really easy to drink. Has a solid caramel backbone that works well to sweeten up the bitter grapefruits to balance out everything. Some minor citric fruits like orange and cherry also are noticeable.

Mouthfeel - From first sip, tongue gets the hoppy fruits and malts. Palate gets more of the same along with some spices and sugary fruits. The aftertaste is grapefruity, malty and sweet.

Drinkabilty - I recommed this beer to everyone. It has plenty of flavor, just enough hop kick, nice smooth malts, and light alcohol at the finish. Balance is amazing, drinks very easy and very affordable. This is a classic example of a beer that gets overlooked cause its been around for awhile, made year round, and is always avaible around here. Truly world class, glad I revisited this one.

12 ounce bottle popured into a tulip glass.
A--Deep copper, hazy, Copper bleeds into the thick head, making it not white, which is a truly uncommon thing. Head dissipates quickly leaving a thin coating on top of the beer and nice lacing. It would be a much better world if every beer looked like this.
S--Very hoppy, Some citrus & flowery notes. Nothing outstanding by itself, a nice balance all around.
T--Maltiness is present almost enough to balance out the high level of hoppiness. Citric and a tiny bit of spice to make you wonder what the whole thing comes to. Hint..it comes to awesomeness.
M--Creamy, satisfying with an extra full body. Again, the world would be a better place if all beers were like this.
O--An excellent hop monster. But there's more than just the hops here; it's an excellent beer overall as well.
